:: ROTI MANIS ::

It has becomes a trend nowadays for me (and many more people - I learn this from Facebook!) to purchase products online including FOODs. Maybe, due to hectic lifestyle as a full time working woman, full time mom and full time wife that leads me to do that, I think many women out there will agree to me. Or maybe, online shopping is a peace-of-mind way to shop because we don't have to pay toll, parking fees, queuing at the cashier to pay bla..bla..bla.. well for me, I don't really purchase things online but I am more interested to order FOODs online... for instance, home bakers are very much on top of my list! This is due to the hygienic reason, HALAL & TOYYIBAH (I am a practicing muslim) and the price is somehow cheaper from what we bought in supermarkets. As for now, I have tried to buy/reserve/c-o-d from many home bakers in JB and the latest purchase was somewhere early of this month when I feel tempted with her posts in my Facebook timeline - Roti Manis!

The Facebook Page owned by Liza Othman and she offers delivery by post as well as C.O.D. Since her location is kind of near to my workplace, I went to her pickup point (Perling Mosque) to collect my first order. There are many types of Roti Manis and you will definitely spoilt will all the choices she offered... and me myself have decided to have Roti Manis Cinnamon topped with Cream Cheese & Roti Manis Sosej In and Out with Cheese Sauce & Mayo.

Roti Manis Cinnamon topped with Cream Cheese

Amacam..??? Luxury, kan? My first impression was WOW! It was so tempting that I cannot help but pinched a bit of the one with sausage to that you got the answer why that roti already 'sompek' when I snapped the pic!

Both roti (bread!) are very much loved my my kiddos and me and hubby :) The texture is soft and I honestly love love love it more than roti from bakery now!

Roti Manis Cinnamon would be much more tastier kalau perisa kayu manis itu digandaduakan :) I am not sure whether it is my tongue or what, but i would love it more if the cinnamon flavour is stronger... however, itu ikut tekak org tua lah...for my kids...they just loved every bite of it :)

Roti Manis Sausage In & Out with Cheese Sause and Mayo

Roti Manis Sausage was simply awesome! With a very rich and generous quantity of sausage, you couldn't never ask for more! Liza told me, 'I salah buat doh..terdouble measurement' but I told her I don't care janji sedap...hehehehe... and I tell you today... memang sedap..!!! Kalau I panggil Warung Kita dtg rumah u boleh tak? Hehe.. I definitely recommend her roti to my friends. And my good buddy (Nordiana Din) already placed her order yesterday while I'll pickup mine next Tuesday :-)

For readers who are not coming from Johor, Liza offers delivery... I mentioned somewhere in my post, right? I strongly recommend everyone to try this :) Price wise, very reasonable :) I paid RM17.50 for both of these. (Note - not including postage yer)

Last but not least - BERSAMA KITA MENYOKONG PERNIAGAAN BUMIPUTRA & HOME BUSINESS :)

:: KUIH BAKAR LABU ::

Kuih Bakar - baked in oven
 Hi Friends :)
I haven't got a chance to update my blog yesterday since I was busy at home doing a lot of 'maid'-thingy..huhu.. Today, I'll share with you a recipe I inherited from my beloved mom... an extremely simple recipe.. suitable for vegetarian and everybody can do! This cake is called Kuih Bakar Labu or some may call it Bingka Labu... whatever.. but this kuih is my favourite, I am a big fan of pumpkin :)

Before I start talking about the recipe itself, it would be better if I tell you about the mould first. As far as I know, there are 2 different sizes - small and large. Since I came from a small family, I bought a small one which is just nice to feed the 5 of us :) You could get this mould from any baking shop or even kedai periuk as well. I can't remember exactly how much it costs me, but I remember bought this piece at Pasar Borong Selangor @ Seri Kembangan.

Kuih Bakar Mould
Okay..let's go to the recipe. As I wrote before, it is damn easy to make this cake. All you need are:
Sugar
Flour
Coconut Milk
A slice of pumpkin, boiled till' soft

How about the quantity? This id depend on the size of the mould :) My mom taught me by using the large mould, so I halve her quantity :)

For small mould:

1 cup of Sugar (you may use half or 3/4 as well..follow your sweet tongue..I always use 3/4)
2 cups of Flour
3 cups of Coconut Milk with boiled pumpkin mashed       inside it

NOTE! Boiled pumpkin is watery, you may need to adjust or agak-agak.. follow your sense or you'll end up with pengat labu..hehe..
(for large mould, double up the measurement...)

How to bake this cake:

There are 2 ways you can bake this cake. But before that, brush some cooking oils to the inner part of the mould and pre-heat for 30-45 second. This is to avoid the mixture from sticking to the mould.

Pour the mixture into the mould.

You may choose either one of the baking method:

1/ Bake directly on the gas stove..the result will be a real kuih bakar like you seen in many nasi lemak stall, with dark brown or black kerak2 that is nice.. purely traditional way

OR

2/ Place in a pre-heated oven at 180-200 degree, bake till done. The result will be a nice Kuih Bakar Labu like photo above.

Normally it takes around 40-50 minutes. Let the cake cold to room temperature before slicing it. Or else akan melekat2 dan lembik..

Alternatively, you may also use this recipe to make a Kuih Bakar Pandan by removing the pumpkin and add pandan leaves water to coconut milk.

Try this and give your testimonial :-)

:: CHAR KUEY TEOW TUKUL & PAHAT ::

There it goes :) I haven't updated my blog for a few days already... been busy with many things.. from house chores, Tupperware business, work in the office.. but alhamdulillah, I managed to slot a minute or two just to update my dear blog :)

If not mistaken, I have mentioned at my earlier post that I gonna give my review on Char Kuey Teow. Me having my lunch with my lunch-buddy a.k.a Mr. Husband today, and we decided to have the same meal - Char Kuey Teow Udang. Again, at our favourite hot spot i.e. Medan Selera Taman Bunga Ros in front of Universal Cable nearby Taman Daya. The stall is at the right end owned by Hairul Hadi si tokey muda yg kreatif dgn pelbagai hidangan istimewa yang sangat lazat.. I am getting obese because of you!

Fresh from wok, the char kuey teow is simply perfect! I have to admit when I first tried this meal when it first introduced... I was a bit dissapointed with their slow service, forgetful and the taste was not as nice as nowadays. I haven't tried it for quite sometimes after those bad experience until my husband started to order the Char Kuey Teow over and over again... well, after a few months...it already becomes my favourite as well.

With a non-excessive gravy, just nice portion for one tummy during lunch time hunger, serving hot... this is a really must-tried meal. Customer may choose to have the Char Kuey Teow Udang, Char Kuey Teow Kerang or Special Char Kuey Teow.

The price is RM4.00 per plate except for Special Char Kuey Teow ~ RM4.50

There are other nice menu here as well such as Tauhu Bakar, Yong Tau Foo (with the soup one), Mee Rebus etc...

:: NASI GORENG YONG CHOW & ENGLISH BUTTER PRAWN ::

Yesterday was a terrible day. Not for being alone while husband was down with fever but the weather was scary! Heavy rain and riding a motorcycle alone from Tebrau to Kulai was awful..it was the longest journey ever!

Stop talking about the rain... I arrived at home to a sick husband, and he demanded a further checkup at Kulai Hospital. After dropped him off, me bring my hungry kids to a nearby restaurant for dinner. A very simple dinner for a non-fussy mom and easy to please kiddos... Lapan Kati was the best choice as it located 1 minute from the hospital and my kids love the food very much.

Biasalahkan, tgh bulan..bajet juga dah sampai ke paras hidung, I opted for a simple menu but proved to be delicious. Yong Chow Fried Rice, served piping hot with vegetables, chicken, eggs and topped with spring onion and fried onion. My son and younger daughter makan bertambah okay...mama diorg apa lagi..huhu...and we were also having a plate of English Butter
Prawns as a perfect companion to this delicious rice :)

To be honest, English Butter Prawn has already become the 'must-order' every time we had our dinner at Lapan Kati. Medium-sized prawns cooked perfectly in the i-don't-know-what-the-ingredients-is mixture but what I am very very sure, butter, finely slice curry leaves and a little amount of green birds' eye chili.

Rasanya mcm tak pernah missed menu nie dari senarai pesanan ktorang...kalau makan, anak saya sampai menjilat pinggan..penangan kuah mentega yang superdelicious...

Actually, macam-macam lagi lauk pauk diorg yang sedap kat sini. Tapi, for this visit..ini jelah yg kitorg makan..and with the cold weather... minum neslo, teh o dan milo semuanya suam.. so tak dan la saya nak snap gambar air biasa-biasa kan... antara yang menarik di sini adalah Ketam Blackpepper, Corn & Crabmeat Soup, Lemon Chicken - my personal favourite! , hotplate tofu etc etc etc... Lapan Kati serves a signature drink named Sarawak Teh C... ini pun later-later la saya bg review yer...

Price range kat sini... taklah murah dan takdelah mahal tak masuk akal. Customers may choose the portion size e.g S, M, L mengikut pax... Yong Chow Fried Rice 2-3pax costs RM9.00 and Small plate of Butter Prawn berharga RM15.00. No worries, no govt tax or service charge. And the service is sangat pantas...!!!

LAPAN KATI RESTAURANT IS LOCATED AT INDAHPURA, KULAIJAYA... OPPOSITE BANDAR PUTRA. TURN LEFT AT THE FLYOVER JUST AFTER KULAI HOSPITAL, AND YOU CAN SEE THE RESTAURANT ON YOUR LEFT JUST A FEW SHOP LOTS AFTER KLINIK YAP AND BEFORE PETRONAS. LAPAN KATI IS A HALAL CHINESE MUSLIM RESTAURANT.

:: DEDICATED FOR CHEESE LOVERS ::

Love CHEESE anyone..?? Have u heard of 7 cheeses in 1 pizza? WHOA!! That’ll be a whole lot going on in ur mouth!

:: LUNCH @ KFCH INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE ::

Yesterday was a busy day and I can't slot 10-20 minutes to update my gastro-journey of the day... While having my brekkies at Mutiara Restaurant (near Fairview International School) with dear husband, I told him about a newly opened cafe at the KFCH International College. I don't think he has any idea about the location since he hardly use that route unlike me who at least once or twice a month passed by the building on my way to Diana's house at Seri Austin. Telling him nicely about my plan to go there 'bila ada duit nanti', I never expect that he will bring me there for our lunch date :)

It is very easy to reach the building. Located in Bandar Dato' Onn, there is not a lot (or maybe mcm takde langsung) commercial building in the area. This is quite a new building, new college own by Johor Corporation that offers mainly Hospitality, Tourism etc courses. Since it is new, the ambient is very calm, not a lot of peeps around and it is very easy to park your car.

Walking into the cafe (or actually Coffee House) at 12.35pm, we were the only customers on that very moment of time. Greeted by a nice waiter, we choose to sit near the glass window and the waiter hand in the menu. Wow... although I was familiar with those western and asian cuisine, I just don't have any clear idea what to have for my lunch! I remember telling my husband that theis Salmon was nice (I already search online for people's review before recommending to him since he can be quite choosy and fussy about food...hehehe..), but I end up with Chicken Waldof. Since I didn't order the Salmon, (actually saja je.. because I knew husband mesti order tu sebab dia dah lama nak try) so my husband choose Norwegian Salmon bla..bla..bla..(aku x ingat full name dia..haha)...

While waiting for the meal, I took the chance to snap-snap what I seen... :) So, ini sikit2 gambar dalam coffee house itu... ouh, as the time goes by..ramai yg datang and makan di sini ya :-)

their nice, clean, tidy and well decorated counter

dining table yg kemas teratur

lounge yg sgt cozy untuk lepak while having a cup of tea or coffee

Cantik dan kemas kan...??? :) Not to forget, we were also served with a refillable plain water and prawn cracker while they are preparing our lunch :)

keropok moni ! hehe..no-lah! i dunno the name tp sedap :)

After an anxious waiting, hidangan yang dinantikan tiba juga akhirnya... starting with my order ~ Chicken Waldof in Focaccia Bread... TADAAAAAAAAAAAA......!!!

Chicken Waldof

The serving size is actually quite big... well decorated ala-ala 5-star gitu, to compliment the college status of hospitality and tourism...hihihi... bila tgk rupa dia, mcm sayang nak makan..sbb kemas dan cantik okay... the salads are fresh, with prefect blend of dressing... I can feel the freshness and enjoy the crunchies dlm setiap kunyahan :) the bread is soft, tak liat... while the chicken waldof itself tastes like heaven! Mixed with green apple, walnut etc in thick mayo...rasanya tidak memuakkan, you can taste the chicken meat, the juicy apply pieces and nutty all at once :-) By the end of our lunch break, yang tinggal hanya pinggan, pisau dan garpu :p

End of story number 1, now let's have a look on the Norwegian Salmon :-) well, I guessed this could be one of the most recommended meal in this coffee house.. seriously I am not joking okay...

Norwegian Salmon -i forgot what your full name is-

Kan... kan... kan...?? Ada sesiapa yang tak terliur tak...?? Sila angkat tangan! The freshly cooked Salmon rest in a bed of soft and fluffy mash potato, serves with fresh green salad and mixed roasted vegetables (consist of mushroom, cucumber, carrot, cauliflower). If not mistaken, the orange toppings are caviar... and it is accompanied by a yellow sauce yang saya sendiri x sempat nak kaji sos apa... I swear I will do my research on my future visit! Ini rupa sos dia..sangat sedap and tanpa segan silu saya telah mencicah keropok moni tadi dengan sos ini...hahaha...

So, amacam? Hebat tak... this coffee house is a must-visit place for everyone... I am sure many of you will ask about the price... frankly speaking, dengan mengambil kira keindahan tempat ini, privacy, layanan yang baik, makanan yang sedap... it is affordable... walaupun saya akui ianya bukan tempat untuk dikunjungi setiap hari kecuali gaji anda paling kurang RM5k sebulan tanpa commitment yang tinggi kecuali MAKAN...hahaha... sebagai contoh, Chicken Waldof costs me RM12 while Salmon ONLY priced RM18...!!! Ice Lemon Tea only RM3.50 or if you don't want to pay for drink, free flow plain water is available... kira okay la kan :) Besides the meal we had, they also offer Roulade Chicken, Lamb Shank, Nasi Goreng Kampung and many more...

We definitely will come back and try other meal as well...

Oh last but not least, opening hour is 9am - 7pm :)

:: SIAKAP STIM LIMAU ::

Dear All... Hi I am back after a delightful weekend :) My apologies for not being able to update my blog over the weekend due to my PC fully occupied with my kids playing computer games and my husband doing his job. Plus.. my youngest baby girl was down with fever and clingy all the time..huhu...

So in this post I am not going to give a review but I want to share my cook... my recipe... :) Yesterday, while having our breakfast at McDonalds Senai Airport, I asked my husband what he wants for lunch. Having him for weekend nowadays is pretty difficult since he will be at his mom's house almost every weekend :( I remember a big Seabass (or is it Ruby Snapper? ..geng... Siakap in English apa ek?) rest-in-peace in my big large FreezerMate (ecewah... iklan Tupperware!)... so I asked him whether he wants Siakap Sweet Sour or Siakap Kukus... and he decides to have Siakap Kukus... well... easier for me... healthier choice and me lovin' it also :)

My philosophy of cooking is - Make It Simple. Simple in every way. FYI, I am not a fussy type of woman..far from being a perfectionist! I knew there is a type of people who will be looking for ingredient to cook sampai ke akar umbi... but I just not that kind of people. For me ~ always look for alternative. Cooking is all about creativity. For example, I don't have lime leaves to cook my fish but I use a lot of lime (limau sambal) as an alternative. I can cook Lasagne without bechamel sauce because I used ******** as a subsitution :) and my family loved it... So, enough talking... let me share the photos and recipe ;)

my steamed fish before cook

SIAKAP STIM LIMAU

Ikan Siakap - depend on how large the size is, the size of your steamer...in my case, I cut the fish into 3, make another portion for dinner

Ingredient for Marinate:

Onion - large one, red or yellow will do - coarsely slice
Garlic - slice thinly
Ginger - slice thinly - I put quite a lot because I don't like the fishy smell..huhu..
Bird-eye chilli - slice thinly
Limau Sambal - cut into 8
Oyster Sauce
Fish Sauce
-------

For garnish:
Chinese Celery a.k.a daun sup -coarsely cut
Tomato - cut into small pieces
Red Bell Pepper - thinly slice

Marinate the fish with with the ingredients above.

I put the marinated fish inside the fridge for half an hour before steam it. Ouh, I actually made 2 sets.. one for our dinner last night. Well, you may do the same because steamed fish taste great while steaming hot and I just can't take it when it gets cold :(

Just before I place the fish inside the steamer (I used an electric Morphy Richard steamer), garnish the fish with all the garnishing (except chinese celery which I spread on top before serving)

Steam for 20 minutes...and tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa................!!!

Siakap Stim Limau Eycha

p/s - i didn't add salt our msg to my cooking because oyster sauce and fish sauce have done a brilliant job as a flavouring :-)

Tryla yer kalau sudi...hehehe....:D

:: ABC COKLAT TERBAIK ::

I remember one and a half year back, I was craving for a good bowl of ABC. I was then introduced to this real type of ABC by my Mr. which turned to be a few minutes away from my office..!!

Located at Medan Selera Taman Bunga Ros, Kangkar Tebrau, JB ~ I guessed for peeps who are not familiar with JB area, it will definitely very difficult for them to find out the exact location. Some more Taman Bunga Ros is nothing compare to Tmn Pelangi, Taman Daya, Taman Molek etc etc... Make it simple, if you are coming from Taman Daya, turn right at the traffic light (direction to Kangkar Tebrau). You will see Indian graveyard on your left, the food court is just after that (in front of Universal Cable).

The ABC stall owned by young Malay guy named Hairul Hadi, i have to tell you that the queue is pretty long every lunch hour. However, the service is as fast as lightning!

Aku cakapla.. ABC nie memang terbaek la...!!! Generous giller..!!! You can see from the picture above, kan..?? Air gula warna-warni yang manisnya just ngam-ngam cun untuk sesuatu yg bernama Air Batu Campur... kacang merah saiz besar yang banyak (kidney beans), cincau, kacang, jagung pun rasa mcm ada.. then sagu besar2 mcm pearl kt Cool Blog tu.. ada buah kabung juga 2 biji for each bowl unless dia terletak lebih..hehe ..phewww... then topped with a scoop of Ice-Cream yg wa cakap lu...bukan aiskrim cap Pak Cik Taha yer... (sorry aku main belasah je nama sape2...kekekek)... dia pakai aiskrim neopolitan cap Nestle tau... yang mangkuk biru tu... so kira nasib la korang dpt bahagian coklat ke, vanila ke.. stroberi ke..yang penting lazat dan penuh perisa... not enough with the wonder of ice cream... finished with chocolate sauce yg wallawei..... melting moment..!!! The good reason why I am so gemuk since kerja kt Tebrau nie..hehe..!!

Selain ABC Coklat yg sangat meriah ini..they also serve Ais Jagung, Leng Chi Kang, Air Jagung Marvellous dan mcm2 jenis ais ais like Ais Jelly, Ais Koko bla bla bla... expanding his business further... the owner also runs business makan2 goreng2 at the same foodcourt... nanti ada masa aku bg review Char Kuey Teow dia...

Last but not least... ABC ini mmg sangat kelassss.... aku bagi 5 Star !
Harga: RM3.00 jekk..... :x

:: MEE KARI PUTRA ::

YELAH SANGAT..!!! The title is Mee but the photo shows Meehoon. FYI, I am a huge fan of this Meehoon Kari Putra.. and as far as my tongue is concern, this is the bestest Meehoon Kari I ever taste (masakan mak tak termasuk ye..itu tiada tandingan hehe..)

The stall is just nearby my home in Bandar Putra, KulaiJaya. Biasanya, bab-bab makan ini husband la yang introduce... he has a fussy tastebuds so most of the time kalau dia yg intro makan2 baru nie..mmg kena la dgn tekak aku yang asal boleh ini :-)

A bowl of Meehoon Kari Putra is just nice to keep your hunger away :) The stall opens from 5pm-11pm (or kalau cepat habis, tutup awal lah..) The gravy is thick..full of flavour :) One bowl of hot steamy Meehoon Kari Putra consists of :

* Meehoon
* Curry Gravy
* Boiled Egg - sebiji tau..bukan setengah!
* Kerang
* Fishball
* Fried Tofu
* and the boiled-till-tender-and melt in-mouth kaki ayams... normally u can get 3-4 pcs of kaki ayam in a bowl (in the case of my good friend, Diana.. dia wajib order double kaki ayam or semangkuk ekstra kaki ayam ye! heheheh...)

ouh....this meehoon kari is garnished with spring onions, green chillis & fried onions

Therefore, if you guys by any chance drop by Bandar Putra... you MUST try this! Besides Meehoon Kari, they also serve Mee Kari, Mee & Meehoon Soup, Bakso, Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng...

A bowl of Meehoon Kari costs RM4.00 ONLY!

:: MCDONALDS DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE ~ I AM NOT SO LOVIN' IT ::

Owh dear ~ this time I am going to write about a 'head-spinning' after-lunch feeling I had last Monday..huhu... fyi, I am a fan of McDonalds... you give me any type of burger they have... I have no obligation to eat! And everytime they have a limited time promotion such as Prosperity, Double Prosperity, GCB, Double GCB... I will...well I MUST go and have it a couple of time..

Well, this time Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese... I love the ordinary Quarter Pounder... the patty is rich in flavour... the daging lembu taste is great and the melting cheese is irresistable.. especially it comes with 2 slices of cheese ya... oleh kerana saya tamak or perhaps my hormone (it was 'the time' of the month..hihihi...) I went to the drive thru at Setia Tropika for sake of DQPWC...the smell was awesome..and I can't wait to eat all of it once I reached back to my office.

Well, the taste of course la the same with QPWC...but I dunnola.. I just can't take it. I think maybe the Half Pounder is too heavy to me... I feel like dizzy, muak, full and... my head started to spinning around and lost focus like org mabuk gitu... my oh my... or maybe the taste of cow was a bit too much... yea..the cowish taste agak kuat la kalau 2 keping daging ini..perhaps because of the fact that it is 100% pure beef as they advertised (kalau depa tipu..maka aku juga tipu korang yer...or maybe diorg tambah perisa lembu ke aku mana tau!)

But Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese (or make it short Half Pounder = Quarter + Quarter kan???) is definitely a no-no for me.. next time Eycha, stick to QPWC sahaja ok..jgn tamak..huhu..

..."there is no chemistry between me and this burger.. only chemical reaction... huhuh"...

:: MEE REBUS SPECIAL STULANG LAUT ::

Alright my dear readers ~ let me start with my first review :: Mee Rebus Special Stulang Laut ::

Located at Plaza Larkin a.k.a Bangunan MARA just across the road from Larkin Sentral. Foods kat sini mmg yummeh! I told you..because according to my friends, mana2 peniaga yg nak sewa sini telah ditapis dahulu..well, even though I already been here quite a few times... I haven't tried all of the foods yet... my personal favourites are Mee Rebus nie dgn Roti Kacang Pool Haji which I have already planned to post the review sooner or later :-)

Well from what you can see ~ the presentation not like a 5 star hotel or even a cafe la kan... but who cares, because once they enter your sistem penghadaman everything will be mixed up to the state that you couldn't or don't want to imagine! The portion is just nice for someone who skipped her breakfast and jump to lunch straightaway...for me, kalau dah breakfast and makan mee nie utk lunch, kena paksarela untuk habiskan sepinggan la :)

What makes it Mee Rebus SPECIAL?

Okay... if you have an opportunity to drop by and try... they have a normal mee rebus and mee rebus special. Mee Rebus Special comes with 3pcs of crispy deep fried oyster mushroom and prawns plus some serdak-serdak crunchy which I dunno how to describe. Beside that, seperti mee rebus yang sihat dan normal..ianya hadir dgn lada hijau yg dihiris, limau sambal, telur rebus and daun bwg. For normal mee rebus, minus the mushroom and prawns ya!

The gravy is tasty and thick! Just nice and full of flavour. Sedap dihirup begitu sahaja :)

I was having my mee rebus with air bandung soda. A nice combination :)

Ouh lupa nak bgtau...harga Mee Rebus Special ini hanya RM5.00 :)

:: WELCOME TO MY NEW BLOG ::

:: SALAM READERS ~ WELCOME TO MY NEW BLOG ::

I am sick of thinking that my previous (well actually my first blog) is a mix-around blog... I have to admit that I love writing but when realising my blog is like 'huru-hara'..then I think I should concentrate on one at a time... and finally last night, I have decided that I should write about FOOD...!!! Yes.. I am a food lover but not a foodiot! Basically, from what I understand, Foodiot refers to people that love food but dunno how to cook. Is that right? If yes, well clearly I am not because I CAN COOK!

But while having my morning reading session last weekend, I found the word FOODIOT in Readers Digest... if not mistaken, it does refer to people who snap, upload the photos and review the food they had in blogs, Facebook, Twitter bla bla bla.. well, I memang snap gambar makanan but not all..sometimes when dah kebuloq sgt I don't even care to take the photo.. perut first... gambar lain-lain kali jelah...ngehehehe...

Anyway, I really hope you will enjoy reading what I am going to write... wishing you a save gastro-journey !!!
